How can I exchange products that don't meet my requirements?Updated a year ago
If you have received products that do not meet your requirements, we are happy to exchange them for you. Please note, we only allow exchanges for items received in the last 7 working days.
Raw materials must be sealed and unused to be exchanged. If the product is defective, please provide photos to our support team.
Packaging must be unused and in its original condition.
Please send back the unused items and inform us which ones you would like to exchange for. If you need further guidance on the process, please let us know and we will be glad to assist you.
